Apprenticeship Program

We take pride in our commitment to educating and training new stylists in our apprenticeship program. Senior stylists work one on one and in small group settings with new talent to build the foundations for a successful career in the salon industry.

Phase 1:

30-60 days as a general salon assistant to see if our culture is a fit for you! Duties include shampooing, learning basic front desk tasks, and providing general salon support.

Phase 2:

After deciding to dive deeper into training, this phase of the program introduces 8 hours of training per week with senior stylists. You will touch on every aspect of the profession - from customer service, to color formulation and everything in between. You will be expected to perform services on models to showcase your skills and knowledge. This portion of the training should be completed in 6 months and will also include working with a stylist from our education team on a daily basis.

Phase 3:

After passing all skills tests, you will become a New Talent stylist! At this point in the program, you will take guests at a discounted rate to practice your skills. You will continue to work side by side with senior stylists during this time. This portion of the training should be completed in 3 months.

Upon completion of our program, you will be a confident Level 1 stylist! All that’s left to do is put your skills to use and continue your training with our in house education!
